Job Description

Pantech Software is looking for a *detail-oriented and creative Content Editor* to join our team in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent proofreading skills, and the ability to edit and refine written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and professional quality.

The selected candidate will work closely with the content and operations teams to maintain high editorial standards across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and proofread articles, blogs, assignments, social media content, and other written materials.

• Identify and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.

• Improve sentence structure, readability, clarity, and overall content quality.

• Review content for accuracy, consistency, logical flow, and relevance.

• Ensure content follows the company's tone, style, and formatting guidelines.

• Coordinate with writers and internal teams to implement necessary revisions.

• Maintain consistency in terminology, language, and brand communication.

• Manage multiple editing tasks while meeting assigned deadlines.

• Incorporate feedback from the reporting manager to improve content quality.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.

• Ability to improve sentence structure and content readability.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in content editing, proofreading, content writing, or publishing will be an advantage.
