About the role

As editor, you'll shape the direction and create the content for digital newsletters and websites. Working alongside an experienced publishing team, you will play a key role in developing the editorial strategy to further strengthen the brands' leading positions within the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and writing the content for multiple websites and email newsletters each week
• Developing knowledge and relevant contacts in the sectors the titles serve to further their reputation as authoritative, accurate and timely
• Working with the sales team and developing business relationships and initiatives
• Representing the brands at conferences
• Managing social media accounts

About you

• At least two years' experience writing for and/or editing a digital brand
• Ability to create engaging content for your audience at speed
• Eye for detail and a nose for a great story
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of the K-12 and higher education sectors would be an advantage but is not essential
