Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee editorial feature creation and manage editorial partner relationships.
• Write creative and engaging copy that captivates audiences.
• Monitor media sources and post breaking news while scheduling features to maximize content views.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Analyze metrics data to understand audience engagement and inform content strategy.
• Contribute to discussions on long-term strategy and new features.
• Schedule and copyedit content daily, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current events and trends in the industry.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and group discussions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 7+ years editorial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communication, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with content management systems and analytic tools.
• Basic Photoshop editing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail, spelling, grammar, and clarity.
• A creative mindset and ability to lead discussions effectively.
• Flexibility to work off-hours and during holidays as needed
