Editorial Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Own and execute the editorial calendar to deliver high-quality thought leadership, marketing collateral, and product storytelling across all business lines.
• Review and edit all written contentincluding blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, and newslettersensuring brand voice, SEO alignment, and technical accuracy with product SMEs.
• Establish and maintain the official product lexicon, definitions, and brand terminology in close collaboration with product managers.
• Lead PR, media, and analyst relations by managing agency deliverables, press releases, contributed articles, and briefing materials.
• End-to-end management of corporate podcasts, including securing industry speakers, drafting discussion briefs, hosting episodes, and guiding promotion.
• Direct and mentor content writers, set editorial guidelines, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to execute content initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, editorial roles, corporate communications, or B2B marketing.
• Core Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate complex SaaS/tech concepts into accessible, engaging business content.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of content SEO, digital publishing practices, and efficient use of AI tools for research and ideation alongside strong fact-checking judgment.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in B2B technology marketing (preferably within a product company) or familiarity with enterprise software, HR technology, or payroll systems.
• PR & Media Exposure: Hands-on exposure to PR agency coordination, press releases, media relations, or analyst and advisor engagement.
• Media & Engagement: Experience developing or hosting corporate podcasts, interviewing industry leaders/experts, and managing discussion briefs.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong verbal communication, and confidence engaging with senior product leaders, SMEs, and external contacts.
