  • Review feedback from educators, readers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for content improvement.
  • Maintain organised editorial records, manuscript versions, approvals and publication documentation.
  • Identify potential production issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with developments in educational publishing, curriculum resources and digital content formats.
  • Contribute ideas for new titles, revised editions and additional learning materials based on market needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Publishing, Communications, Linguistics or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in editorial management, book publishing, educational content development or a similar field.
  • Previous experience managing manuscripts and coordinating publication projects from development to final production.
  • Strong editing, proofreading and written communication skills.
  • Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage where relevant to the publication portfolio.
  • Familiarity with educational books, textbooks, workbooks or other learning resources.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with commonly used editorial or publishing tools.
