What they need
EDM Machine Operator
Location: Nighoje, Pune
Experience: 2-5 Years
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Shift: 12 Hours
Weekly Off: Sunday
Canteen: Available on payable basis
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate EDM machines as per production requirements.
* Perform machine setting, job loading/unloading and tool/electrode setting.
* Read and understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
* Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
* Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
* Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
* Maintain production, quality and machine records.
* Follow safety, 5S and quality standards.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma Mechanical / Machinist / Tool & Die preferred.
Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in EDM machine operation, preferably from a precision manufacturing / tool-room environment.
Candidate must be currently staying in PCMC/ Chakan area
