Job Description
- Inspect visual & dimensional of electrode.
- Polish & deburrs electrode.
- Check datum setting of work piece.
- Setting reference of electrode on the machine and program machine process by sparking.
- Check workpiece dimensional, rework needed if dimensions are out.
- Clean and conduct preventative maintenance of the machine.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum GCE 'A' levels and 5 years of experience in EDM Precision Insert.
- Able to handle machinery and inspection with good eyesight.
- Able to start immediately
