What they need
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Machine Operation: Set up, program, and safely operate EDM Sinker / Spark Erosion machines to manufacture intricate mold pieces and components.
- Precision Machining: Work with strict tolerances (+/- microns) to ensure all medical device molds meet exact engineering designs.
- Blueprints & Schemes: Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, tool specifications, and blueprints accurately.
- Electrode Selection: Select, change, and monitor appropriate copper/graphite electrodes and set proper current/spark parameters.
- Quality Inspections: Perform self-inspection of finished parts using precision tools like micrometres, vernier calipers, and dial gauges.
- Mould Maintenance: Assist the tool-room team in routine maintenance, sharpening, and repair of multi-cavity injection molds.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
