EDP Executive

Job Summary

• Role: EDP Executive (Service / Workshop Operations)
• Industry: Automotive Dealership / Service Center
• Core Focus: Maintaining the Dealer Management System (DMS) / ERP, managing service billing data, ensuring data accuracy, and providing basic IT/system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Enter and update job cards, repair orders, parts consumption, and customer details accurately into the DMS or SAP system.
• Billing & Invoicing Support: Process service invoices, handle labor and parts billing, and reconcile daily collections with the accounts team.
• MIS Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on workshop productivity, pending jobs, parts stock, and technician efficiency.
• System & Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, barcode scanner, and network issues at the service center.
• Data Backups & Security: Ensure regular system data backups are performed and security protocols are followed to protect customer and financial records.
• Department Coordination: Act as a bridge between service advisors, workshop floor managers, parts managers, and the accounts department.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
