Job description:

We are looking for an EDP Executive to manage data entry, system operations, sales and stock-related data in a textile retail environment. The candidate will ensure accurate data processing, maintain reports, and provide system support to store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales, purchase, stock, and billing data entry.
• Maintain and update product, price, barcode, and inventory details in the system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Verify billing and inventory data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with billing, sales, purchase, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock movements and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records and prepare MIS reports.
• Provide basic system support for billing and retail software.

Required skills:

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma / B. Com / BCA or related qualification.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good data entry and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of billing/POS and inventory software.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong coordination and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and computer operations.
• Knowledge of textile retail billing, stock, or ERP software is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
