EDP Executive

Job Title: Automobile EDP Executive

Location: Indore Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (As per Experience) Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage dealership data in DMS/ERP software.

* Maintain accurate sales, service, spare parts, and inventory records.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Handle vehicle stock, billing, purchase, and delivery records.

* Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Spare Parts departments.

* Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

* Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Required Skills:

* Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

* Knowledge of EDP/DMS/ERP software.

* Understanding of automobile dealership operations.

* Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred).

Preferred: Experience with Maruti Suzuki or other automobile dealership software will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
