EDU System Design Engineer (f/m/d)

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering/Physics.
• 5+ years of experience in electric powertrain design (e-motor or transmission).
• Experience in reducer (or transmission) design.
• Experience in EDU (Motor/inverter interface) design.
• Catia V5 Intermidiate or higher skills required.
• English written and spoken language skills.
• Experience within an Asian company a plus.
• Strong self-management skills and high flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Team player and excellent analytical skills.

Your tasks

• Design EDU system (e-Powertrain system) for BEV, HEV.
• Design gearbox system for e-Powertrain (On-axis, off-axis, 2 speed gear shifting, park-lock, differential).
• Design motor cooling system with its sub component (Oil pump, filter, heat exchanger).
• Design motor/inverter interface (High voltage connection).
• Design gearbox lubrication system.
• Create EDU assembly modeling and assembly drawings.
• Review assembly process of EDU and reducer system.
• Establish a relationship with EDU sub parts (housing, gear, shaft, etc.) suppliers.
• Develop a new manufacturing process for EDU sub components (housing, reducer, gear, etc.).
• Identify requirements from customer RFQ and review design concept according to the requirement.
