Medic Paths Education is seeking a Student Success Executive to support students preparing for competitive university applications.

If you have worked in education, teaching, nursing, medicine, overseas education, student services or customer support, we'd like to hear from you.

You don't need to be a medical professional for this position. What matters most is that you are organised, communicative and genuinely interested in helping students succeed.

Your Responsibilities

The Student Success team works closely with students and their families throughout their application journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting onboarding sessions for newly enrolled students.
• Hosting Zoom meetings and regular student check-ins.
• Tracking student progress and following up on outstanding items.
• Answering questions and providing timely support through text.
• Coordinating with tutors and other internal team members.
• Assisting with student opportunities and educational resources.
• Maintaining accurate student records within our CRM.
• Building long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Supporting the team in maintaining excellent student satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A professional but approachable personality.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple students and deadlines.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with databases and online platforms.
• Comfortable conducting Zoom and voice calls.
• Typing speed of at least 65 WPM with good accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively from home.

Cantonese is preferred.

Working Conditions

Employment: Full-time
Location: Remote / Work From Home

Schedule options:

• 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, or
• 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

The initial training period requires 6 working days per week. A 5-day schedule may be available after successful onboarding.

Working hours: Approximately 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Hong Kong Time
Negotiable.

Weekend availability is required.
