Education Advisor Study abroad

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Education Consultant – Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their educational goals, recommending suitable study options, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and programs.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
• Provide information about universities, courses, and admission requirements.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Convert prospective students into confirmed clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with students and clients.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Education Consultancy / Study Abroad Sales.
• Strong knowledge of UK, USA, Australia, and European education systems.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Good computer and CRM skills.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
