About the Role

ANGI OPUS REAL ESTATE L.L.C. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support the company's real estate sales team through project research, information analysis, and knowledge development.

The successful candidate will research property developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, study project details, organize information, and help the sales team understand the features and benefits of different real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Research new and upcoming real estate projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Study developer brochures, price lists, payment plans, floor plans, and project specifications.
• Prepare clear summaries and comparison sheets for different projects.
• Organize and regularly update the company's internal project database.
• Identify key selling points and investment features of each project.
• Conduct short training sessions to help property consultants understand new projects.
• Prepare presentations and educational materials in Arabic and English.
• Monitor project launches, promotional offers, and important updates from developers.

Requirements

• Excellent research and information-processing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand detailed information.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn about the UAE real estate market.
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Salary: AED 2,500–4,000 per month, depending on qualifications and capabilities

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
