Education Centre Manager

Campus X is one of Hong Kong’s fast-growing education innovators, providing hands-on technology, engineering and interdisciplinary learning programmes for children aged 6–12. We have served over 1,000 students and established partnerships with leading schools, including SISHK, ISF, Malvern, Dalton and YWGS.

We now operate three locations across Hong Kong — Wong Chuk Hang, Lai Chi Kok D2 Place and Sha Tin New Town Plaza — and are looking for an entrepreneurial Centre Manager to take ownership of our Lai Chi Kok centre at D2 Place.

The Role

This is more than a conventional centre administration role. You will run the centre with an owner’s mindset, overseeing its performance, customer experience and daily operations. You will manage the complete parent journey, from initial enquiry and enrolment through to class experience, renewal and retention.

Your compensation package will include performance rewards linked to the centre’s revenue, allowing you to share in the success you help create.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the centre’s operations, sales performance and customer experience
• Handle pre-sales enquiries, consultations, centre visits, trial bookings and enrolment follow-ups
• Understand each child’s interests and recommend suitable programmes to parents
• Manage post-sales services, including onboarding, feedback, renewals, retention and issue resolution
• Drive enrolment through proactive follow-ups, referrals and local community engagement
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional centre environment
• Coordinate class schedules, student records, payments and general administration
• Work closely with our central teaching team, which trains and assigns instructors
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention and revenue

Who We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused, commercially minded and results-driven
• Organised and capable of managing both sales and operational responsibilities
• Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate confidently in English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience in education, retail, hospitality, customer service or centre operations is preferred
• Able to work on weekends, with compensation leave provided on weekdays
