Key Responsibilities
Handle student leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Counsel students and provide information about certification programs.
Convert leads into successful enrollments.
Follow up with prospective students and close sales.
Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Handle objections and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Admissions, Telesales, or B2C Sales.
Proven lead conversion and sales closing experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and results-driven.
CRM experience preferred.
