Remuneration: Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme

What You’ll Do

• Promote postgraduate programmes to prospective candidates through consultation and marketing activities
• Provide accurate guidance on programmes, entry requirements, and enrollment procedures
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and applications to achieve recruitment targets
• Represent the Centre at marketing events, roadshows, and education fairs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Update and maintain candidate and lead records.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field and preferable marketing and sales
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and with a team
• Able to turn around applications on time and work with strict timelines
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Added Advantage

• Sales background: Experience in student recruitment or education consultancy.
• Call centre experience: Experience in handling inquiries, managing leads, and providing excellent candidate support via online and phone call.
• Corporate Training: Experience closing sales for private cohorts for corporate training.
