Key Responsibilities

Education Content

• Research and develop accurate university, programme and scholarship content.
• Update admission requirements, tuition fees and related information.
• Write student guides, articles, blogs and FAQs.
• Liaise with universities to ensure information remains current and accurate.
• Maintain and improve the quality of educational content across our digital channels.

Digital & Social Media

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Design graphics, carousels and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts).
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Plan, schedule and manage social media content calendars.
• Cover university visits, education fairs, webinars and corporate events.
• Capture photos, videos and behind-the-scenes content during events.
• Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries and help grow our online community.
• Travel locally and internationally as part of the role to cover education fairs, university visits, partner engagements and industry events.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Education, Digital Media or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English. (Malay is an added advantage.)
• Strong research, writing and organisational skills.
• Creative with excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about social media, digital storytelling and content creation.
• Willing and able to travel locally and internationally when required.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Bonus Skills

• Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• CapCut, Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
• Basic photography and videography.
• WordPress or Content Management System (CMS) experience.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude to improve productivity.
