About the Internship

We are looking for motivated and confident Education Counselling Interns to join our growing team.

This is a part-time, work-from-home internship where you will interact with prospective parents, understand their learning requirements, guide them about suitable Quran & Islamic education programs, coordinate demo sessions and support the overall enrolment journey.

The internship is designed to provide real practical experience in counselling, communication, parent interaction, lead management and relationship building.

Duration: 3 Months
Mode: Work From Home / Remote
Type: Part-Time
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000/month (Performance-Based)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective parents and understand their requirements.
• Guide parents about suitable Quraaniq programs and learning options.
• Coordinate demo sessions and handle timely follow-ups.
• Communicate with interested parents through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update lead information and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the Quraaniq team regarding student enrolments.
• Build positive relationships with prospective parents.
• Take ownership of assigned leads and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to improving the overall parent and student enrolment experience.

Who Can Apply?

• College/University students and freshers.
• Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates interested in education, counselling, communication or client interaction.
• Candidates who are comfortable communicating over phone and WhatsApp.
• Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
• Previous work experience is not mandatory.

Stipend

Performance-Based Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 per month

The stipend will depend on individual performance, consistency, responsibilities handled and overall contribution during the internship.
