Education Counsellor

We are looking for energetic and communication-oriented candidates to join our team as Educational Counselors / Telecallers.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents and students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining our tutoring programs, following up with leads, and supporting the enrollment process.Role & responsibilities .

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students.

• Understand students' academic requirements.

• Explain available courses and tutoring programs.

• Follow up with interested leads.

• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the academic/tutoring team.

• Achieve assigned calling and counselling targets.

• Build a good relationship with parents and students.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic English and Hindi/Telugu communication skills preferred.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
