We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our growing education counseling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their goals, and helping them choose the right academic programs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Conduct Education-counseling sessions and guide students on suitable courses and programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.

Follow up regularly with potential students to ensure successful enrollment.

Identify students’ educational interests and recommend appropriate courses.

Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and daily reporting to seniors.

Participate in college visits, seminars, and workshops as part of promotional activities.

Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly admission targets.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Smart, confident, and target-driven with a persuasive approach.

Strong convincing skills and ability to handle inquiries effectively.

Positive, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
