Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding student requirements, providing accurate information about courses/programs, following up with leads, and converting prospective enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses/programs.

* Understand students’ academic interests, career goals, and requirements.

* Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and other relevant information.

* Handle incoming enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper records of leads.

* Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

* Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, fee submission, and admission formalities.

* Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.

* Maintain daily reports and update lead/admission status in the relevant system.

* Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, admission drives, and other promotional activities when required.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.

* Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Excellent/above-average English communication skills.

* Candidates with a positive attitude and strong counselling skills will be preferred.

* Lead-to-admission conversion ratio.

* Monthly admission/enrolment targets.

* Student/parent satisfaction.

* Accuracy and timely completion of admission documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, confident, persuasive, presentable, and passionate about interacting with students and parents. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and should have strong follow-up and conversion skills.

Salary - 22k to 25k (Depend upon interview)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
