Education Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• To counsel and advise students & parents on overseas study options

• To liaise with school and college counsellors on courses available at overseas

  institutions

• To market JM's comprehensive education counselling & placement services to schools & colleges

• To assist students and parents on course applications, study visa submission and

  accommodation arrangement

• To attend education exhibition and fairs and able to work during weekend

• To lead and work with fellow counsellors to achieve company sales target

• To support company in other related activities

• To meet company KPI.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in any fields

• Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (optional). We are seeking candidates proficient in Madarin to effectively communication with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Able to lead and work independently with least supervision

• Outgoing & pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Willing to travel

• Available position at JM Penang Office, JM Kota Kinabalu Office & JM Petaling Jaya Office
