Job Summary

Kalinga University, Raipur is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in education counselling is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding university courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert admission enquiries into applications and confirmed admissions.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, placements, campus facilities, and other university offerings.
