Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Education/Career Counselor to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding career and course options.
• Understand students' requirements, educational background, and career goals.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, benefits, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
• Handle leads and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
• Convert inquiries and walk-ins into course admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
• Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the training and admissions teams.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Education Counseling, Career Counseling, Sales, Inside Sales, or Admissions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive approach.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to work with monthly targets.
• Candidates with experience in an education institute or training industry will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
