Education Counselor

Role:

• Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and training programs.
• Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain lead records and coordinate with the training team.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Education Sales/Counselling preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
