Position: Education Counselor

Work Location: Samyan Mitrtown Office Building

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB + (Sales Bonus)

Working Days/Hours: 5 days per week (Must be available to work on weekends)

Key Responsibilities

1. Education & UK Counseling:

   • Analyze student needs, educational backgrounds, and goals (e.g., selecting universities, courses, or cities in the UK).
   • Conduct initial profile evaluations to recommend suitable study plans and guide the UK university application process.

2. Enrollment & Target Management:

   • Present course details, university offerings, application processes, benefits, and promotions to prospective students via both Onsite and Online channels.
   • Follow up with prospective leads to drive enrollment and achieve target goals.

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management:

   • Respond to inquiries and deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly information regarding UK study-abroad processes via Line Official, telephone, and walk-ins.
   • Coordinate document collection, track application progress, and assist in resolving initial issues for students and parents.

4. Administrative Support:

   • Record and update customer and applicant records in the database to ensure information is up-to-date.
   • Process registration documents, issue receipts, and coordinate fee payments.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English or related fields.

  • Additional Requirement: Please provide a detailed educational background from secondary/high school to university level in your resume.

• Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience.
  • Experience as a Counselor or Consultant in an Education Agency or overseas study consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Candidates holding a UK degree or having direct experience studying in the UK will receive special consideration.

• Communication Skills:

  • Articulate and polite Thai communication skills with excellent active listening and persuasive abilities.
  • Good command of English (English proficiency test scores, such as IELTS, will be an advantage).

• Mindset & Work Style:

  • Flexible working hours and able to work on weekends.
  • Possess a strong service mind with a pleasant, confident, friendly, and approachable personality.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1. การให้คำปรึกษาและแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อ (Education & UK Counseling):

   • วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ ประวัติการศึกษา และเป้าหมายของผู้เรียน (เช่น การเลือกมหาวิทยาลัย คอร์สเรียน หรือเมืองใน UK)
   • ประเมินคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นของผู้เรียน เพื่อแนะนำคอร์สเรียนและวางแผนการสมัครเรียนต่อประเทศสหราชอาณาจักรได้อย่างเหมาะสมที่สุด

2. การบริหารยอดสมัครและเป้าหมายการแนะแนว (Enrollment & Target Management):

   • นำเสนอรายละเอียดคอร์สเรียน มหาวิทยาลัย ขั้นตอนการสมัคร สิทธิประโยชน์ และโปรโมชันให้แก่ผู้สนใจ ทั้งช่องทาง Onsite และ Online
   • ติดตามผู้ที่สนใจ (Leads) เพื่อช่วยดำเนินการสมัครและบริหารยอดลงทะเบียนให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

3. การดูแลและบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า (Customer Service & Relationship Management):

   • ตอบข้อซักถามและให้ข้อมูลขั้นตอนการเรียนต่อ UK ที่ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และเป็นมิตรผ่านช่องทาง Line Official, โทรศัพท์ และ Walk-in
   • ประสานงานติดตามเอกสารการสมัคร รายงานความก้าวหน้า และร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้แก่ผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครอง

4. งานบริหารจัดการและระบบข้อมูล (Administrative Support):

   • บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้า/ผู้สมัครในระบบฐานข้อมูลของสถาบันให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
   • ดำเนินการเรื่องเอกสารการลงทะเบียน ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน และประสานงานรับชำระค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Key Qualifications)

• ระดับการศึกษา: สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • ข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติม: กรุณาระบุประวัติการศึกษาอย่างละเอียดตั้งแต่มัธยมศึกษาจนถึงมหาวิทยาลัยลงใน Resume

• ประสบการณ์การทำงาน:

  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  • หากมีประสบการณ์เป็น Counselor / Consultant ในธุรกิจ Education Agency หรือแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศมาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • หากสำเร็จการศึกษาจากสถาบันในสหราชอาณาจักร (UK Degree) หรือมีประสบการณ์ตรงในการเรียนต่อ UK จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• ทักษะการสื่อสาร (Communication Skills):

  • สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้อย่างฉะฉาน สุภาพ มีทักษะการจับใจความและการโน้มน้าวใจที่ดีเยี่ยม
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี (หากมีผลคะแนนสอบวัดระดับภาษา เช่น IELTS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
