Superstar Education is looking for a motivated, communicative, and student-oriented Education Counselor to join our team in Surabaya. We help students explore international education opportunities and guide them through the process of pursuing their academic goals overseas.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultations to students and parents regarding overseas study opportunities, including universities, courses, entry requirements, and application procedures.
• Assist students throughout the admission process, from initial consultation and university selection to application submission and offer acceptance.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and study destinations.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain good relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Coordinate with university admissions teams and internal departments to ensure smooth application processes.
• Maintain student records, application updates, and follow-up activities.
• Support education fairs, seminars, promotional activities, and student recruitment events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in education, student counseling, and international study opportunities.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple applications.
• Proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or customer service is an advantage.
