We’re a growing Education & Migration team in Perth, and we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Education Counsellor to join us at our Harrisdale and Morley locations. You’ll own the student journey from the first enquiry to the day they receive their offer and confirm their enrolment.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Counsel onshore and offshore students on Australian universities, RTOs, colleges, courses and career pathways
• Manage admissions, applications, offers, course changes and COEs
• Support Migration Agents with Student Visa (Subclass 500) applications and GS/GTE assessments
• Coordinate with students, education providers and migration agents
• Generate and follow up leads to hit enrolment and conversion targets
• Keep CRM records accurate and student follow-ups timely

What You Bring

• 1+ year of Education Counselling experience, ideally in overseas education or migration
• Strong knowledge of Australian education and student visa processes
• Excellent communication, counselling and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven, proactive and highly organised approach
• Sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
