Education Director, Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Early Childhood Education Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, passionate, and caring, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality early learning experiences.

Supporting the Director in all areas:

• Oversee the daily operations of a large early childhood center
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure implementation of developmentally appropriate educational programs and curriculum
• Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community

Qualifications:

• TEACH Certification, birth-2nd
• Experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers
• Strong knowledge of child development, Creative Curriculum, and DOE 3K and 4K standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support a diverse team of educators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
