What they need
Company Overview BotCity brings governance to the code AI writes. AI turned asking into code, and every business user is now a developer. The Python they generate runs on corporate workstations outside any pipeline, inventory, or approval flow, and nothing in the enterprise stack was built to see it. BotCity Sentinel governs that code where it runs: a script-level inventory of what executes, where, and by whom, contextual policies that allow, alert, or block, and a remediation loop where the author makes the first fix. Security asks whether code is malicious. Governance asks whether it should run, here, by this person. We built Sentinel to own the second question. Today it's Python. Tomorrow it's every line of code AI writes.
BotCity serves 1,000+ teams in 70+ countries, including customers as Bayer and LG. We raised a $12M Series A led by Four Rivers, with participation from Y Combinator, SoftBank, and founders and investors including Lew Cirne (New Relic), Rod Johnson (SpringSource), and Walter Kortschak (Summit Partners and Firestreak Ventures). G2 named BotCity one of the world's top 25 emerging platforms.
We are a remote company with teams across the US and LATAM. Small team, large customers, a category forming around us. If you want real ownership over a problem that matters, we should talk.
Role Overview The Education Manager will own BotCity’s customer and market education strategy across all of its products, from course design through delivery and production management. This person will launch a structured education strategy, ship courses and learning paths at a steady pace, own vendor management, and track the program’s impact on market awareness, sales and product adoption. They bring hands-on B2B instructional and course design experience and treat education as a go-to-market lever, not just a support function. They coordinate vendors, projects and budget with autonomy and in a highly collaborative way. This role reports to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end education strategy for BotCity's products, covering both product training and ecosystem or adjacent topics such as Python, ROI, and governance frameworks.
- Design and ship new courses and training materials for both technical users and citizen developers.
- Manage outsourced content partners, including briefing, quality control, and timelines.
- Decide what gets built in-house versus outsourced, and build a lean production model that scales without proportional headcount growth.
- Own and evolve the BotCity Academy and any certification or learning-path programs.
- Own the education budget, allocating it across programs, vendors and channels with a strategic view of where to invest and the ROI of each initiative.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align education content with GTM priorities, especially where the market is still learning the problem BotCity's products solve.
- Report on education program KPIs to leadership on a monthly cadence.
Requisitos Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Robust experience (4-6+ years) designing and shipping training or education content for a B2B audience and product, course design and curriculum development, not just internal L&D.
- Prior hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies, building education programs from scratch.
- Proven experience managing third-party content vendors or production partners, briefing, quality control, and timelines.
- Experience owning an education or content budget, deciding where to invest and showing the return.
- Comfortable with LMS or course platforms (such as Skilljar, Intellum, or LearnWorlds) and course production tools.
- Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
- Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
- Portuguese - Fluent.
- English - Fluent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cybersecurity governance, automation, RPA, or security/compliance-adjacent products.
- Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
- Spanish - Advanced.
