In this role, you’ll build and manage a pipeline of highly qualified professionals includin g Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Special Education Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), School Nurses, and other education support professional

Source, recruit, interview, and qualify education services professionals through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outre

ach.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future client ne

eds.Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboard

ing.Develop lasting relationships with candidates by providing an exceptional recruitment experie

nce.Partner closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless candidate placement and successful assignment transiti

ons.Negotiate compensation packages and educate candidates on available opportunit

ies.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (A

TS).Meet and exceed recruiting performance metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and other key performance indicat
