Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Consultant role based in Rawalpindi. The Educational Consultant will advise students and families on academic pathways, program selection, and institution choices, ensuring that recommendations align with individual goals. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, assessing educational needs, preparing guidance documents, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions and internal teams, answering inquiries, and providing clear, timely information about admissions processes, requirements, and opportunities. The consultant will also contribute to improving consulting processes, assist in developing informational materials, and support ongoing client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and a solid understanding of Education systems and pathways.
• Candidates should possess consulting-related skills, including Consulting expertise and the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a client-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in academic advising, student counseling, or educational services is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with common office software and the ability to maintain accurate digital records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
