About the Role

EduQuest Inc. is looking for Educational Content Officers (ECOs) to support our Higher Education content projects.

The role focuses on reviewing, validating, and quality-checking educational materials such as books, PowerPoint presentations, modules, quizzes, and other digital learning content uploaded to our eBook platform and Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and quality-check Higher Education books, PPTs, modules, quizzes, and other academic materials
• Validate uploaded content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper organization
• Identify and document errors, missing content, formatting issues, and other concerns
• Review materials for grammar, clarity, structure, and overall quality
• Edit, revise, or develop educational content as assigned
• Coordinate corrections and revisions with the Content Team
• Maintain accurate monitoring of reviewed titles and completed outputs
• Complete assigned deliverables within project deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or any related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills

• Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, organized, and visually engaging educational presentations and materials

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality-checking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

• Able to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines

• Must have a reliable working laptop

• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City

• Willing to commit for a minimum of two (2) months

• Must be available to start immediately

Preferred: Experience in academic writing, educational content development, proofreading, editing, research, LMS/eBook platforms, or content quality assurance. Relevant OJT/internship experience is also considered.
