Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Position: Educational Counsellor

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Experience: Relevant experience in educational counselling or study-abroad services preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding international study opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.

• Guide students through the complete application and admission process.

• Provide information about study destinations, entry requirements, tuition fees, and available programmes.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations.

• Meet monthly student registration and consultation targets.

• Maintain accurate student records, application documents, and follow-up data.

• Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and visa filing procedures.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

• Coordinate with university representatives, admission teams, and internal departments.

• Support business development activities and contribute to the company’s growth.

• Stay updated on international education opportunities, admission policies, and visa requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

• Good knowledge of international education and study-abroad processes is an advantage.

• Sales, customer service, or student counselling experience will be preferred.

• Ability to follow up with leads, maintain records, and achieve targets.

• Professional attitude, confidence, and a student-focused approach.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
