About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students, understand their educational requirements, and help them choose suitable courses and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand students’ educational goals and requirements.
• Provide counselling and information about suitable courses and programs.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build a good relationship with students and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding student enquiries and admissions.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students over calls.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Performance Expectations

• Candidates are expected to actively follow up with leads and work towards achieving monthly conversion.
• Performance will be reviewed regularly based on calling, follow-ups, and conversions.
