Hiring: Education Counselor – Sales | Lahore

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated Education Counselor – Sales to join our Lahore team.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan | On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Telesales, Education Counseling, or a related field

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle prospective student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.
• Follow up with prospective students and manage the sales process.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant sales or counseling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge is preferred.
