Educational Consultant / Study Abroad Counselor Wanted – Raya Study

Raya Study is hiring an Educational Consultant / Study Abroad Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Smouha .

🕐 Working Hours:

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday to Thursday

Working hours are subject to adjustment from the end of November until the beginning of June.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with students and parents to understand their academic goals.
• Provide guidance on universities, study programs, and admission requirements.
• Support students with documents, application forms, and deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with clients professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and work with the team to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Experience or good knowledge in education consultancy or studying abroad.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work on-site at our Smouha office.
• Previous experience in study abroad offices or university admissions is preferred.
