Educational Counselor

Meezan Educational Consultants is seeking a motivated Educational Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to students in making informed educational and career decisions. You will work closely with students to understand their goals, interests, and academic strengths, helping them plan their educational paths effectively. This position is ideal for candidates who are recent graduates eager to start their careers in educational counseling and counseling services. As an Educational Counselor, you will act as a trusted advisor for students and their families, assisting them with course selection, career options, and admission procedures. You will develop strong client relationships by offering personalized advice and ensuring a supportive counseling environment. The role requires excellent communication abilities and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and professional objectives. No prior team management experience is required for this position.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their educational aspirations and career goals.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on course selections, admission requirements, and application procedures to students and their families.
• Develop customized educational plans tailored to individual student needs and interests.
• Assist students in exploring career options based on their skills, interests, and market trends.
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and student progress to track outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Actively build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in educational programs, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
• Organize informational sessions and workshops to educate students about various educational pathways and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve counseling processes and enhance student support services.
• Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and ethical standards related to student counseling and data privacy.

Pay: From Rs15,000.00 per month
