Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• About the Role

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated Education Counselor (Sales) to guide prospective students, generate enrollments, and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments.

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate program information.

• Maintain updated records and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Meet monthly sales, enrollment, and conversion targets.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

• Coordinate with the admissions and sales team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

• Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Admissions, Telesales, or Customer Sales .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and target-oriented approach.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle sales conversations and close enrollments.

• CRM experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
