About Us:
At Tiny Step Learners in Queens Village, we provide a warm, engaging early childhood environment for children ages 2 to 5. We are seeking a passionate Educational Director to lead our program and shape the future of our young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the center.
• Design, implement, and oversee curriculum aligned with early childhood best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of teachers, providing ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOHMH regulations and Article 47 requirements.
• Engage with families, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
• Monitor child progress, ensure individualized learning, and support social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (required).
• New York State teacher certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to excellence.
