Responsibilities

• Utilize learning technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress, assign activities, and facilitate interactive lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities or special education requirements, ensuring inclusive classroom experiences.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies, fostering a respectful and productive environment.
• Analyze student performance data regularly to identify areas for improvement and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming assessments or events.
• Collaborate with fellow educators on curriculum development, implementation, and school-wide initiatives to enhance educational quality.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and educational compliance standards.
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and understanding of learning styles adaptability.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation across elementary or private school settings.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, standardized testing procedures, and instructional modifications for special needs students.
• Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement, teacher collaboration, and student motivation.
• Background in working with children with disabilities or in special education environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data to inform instruction and improve learning outcomes.
