What they need
Description The work involves facilitating the translation of verbal communication for deaf/hard-of-hearing students. An incumbent is responsible for interpreting presentations, instructions, and assignments in a variety of settings, both sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign. Direct supervision is received from the assigned school district or BOCES supervisor. Does related work as required.
