Educational Leader

Join Bluebird Early Education Spring Farm, a nurturing and fun environment where families feel a true sense of belonging from the moment they arrive.

We believe open communication is key to strong partnerships, using tools like monthly newsletters, weekly memos, and the Educa app to keep families connected to their child’s learning journey. Our children regularly engage with the local community through incursions, excursions, and even weekly community walks for our Nursery Studio.

Our Preschool program includes a Forest School experience, where children explore nature, build confidence, and develop new skills through hands-on learning.

Become part of a passionate team committed to delivering personalised, high-quality care that celebrates each child’s unique strengths and supports them to grow into happy, curious, and confident individuals.

Our High-Quality Educational Curriculum is designed to be child-led, holistic, and enjoyable. In our creatively designed studios, we trust in a child's innate ability to explore and discover the world around them. Our dedicated Educators take pride in crafting exciting and innovative experiences that naturally captivate children's curiosity.
