Do you have the passion, expertise and commitment to improve outcomes for children and young people? This is an exciting opportunity to join the Frank Field Education Trust (FFET) and play a key role in supporting inclusion, wellbeing, attendance and achievement across our family of schools.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled Educational Psychologist to work closely with the Director of Standards (Trust Lead for SEND), school leaders, SENDCos, families and external agencies to help remove barriers to learning and ensure all children and young people can thrive.

The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, consultation and intervention across the Trust, supporting pupils experiencing barriers to learning, attendance, participation and wellbeing. They will contribute to Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments, support schools with Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), and promote evidence-informed approaches that improve outcomes for vulnerable learners.

As Educational Psychologist, you will play a strategic role in strengthening inclusive practice across our schools, supporting the delivery of the Trust's SEND and Inclusion Strategy and contributing to Trust-wide initiatives focused on attendance, wellbeing, belonging and achievement. You will also deliver high-quality training, coaching and professional development to leaders, teachers and support staff, helping build capacity and expertise across the Trust.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work across the Trust, influencing practice at both school and Trust level, while ensuring children, families and staff benefit from psychologically informed approaches and effective multi-agency collaboration.

The Frank Field Education Trust is a multi-academy trust (MAT) committed to delivering world-class education and improving life chances for children and young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our vision is that social justice can be achieved through excellence in education, creating schools where every child feels valued, supported and able to achieve their full potential. The founder of the Trust, the Rt. Hon. Lord Frank Field, served for almost 40 years as the Member of Parliament for Birkenhead.
