Educational Specialist - Science

Contribute as a key member in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of Science assessments (Pre-K to Grade 12).

Create, review, and facilitate high-quality assessment tools for Science projects.

Ensure content is pedagogically sound, learner-centric, innovative, and aligned to learning outcomes.

Develop remedial content based on low-performance questions and identified learning gaps.

Review Science questions and recommend revisions to enhance conceptual clarity, rigor, and quality.

Collaborate with internal and freelance team members to ensure timely and highquality delivery of project outputs.

Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all deliverables.

Travel to field locations to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of assessment tools.

Support and/or conduct data analysis to measure student performance and identify learning trends.

Assist in designing and conducting training sessions and workshops on assessment processes, question design, result interpretation, and reporting.

Expand project impact through high-quality dissemination, including blogs, journal articles, working papers, and other publications.

Conduct ongoing research related to assessments and content to strengthen the team’s knowledge base.

Support team growth by building capacity in pedagogy, assessment design, and related academic areas.
