Educational Support Professional - Behavior InterventionPosition: Educational Support Professional - Behavior InterventionPosition Type: Full TimeLocation: Washington Street K-5 Elementary SchoolReports to: Building PrincipalSalary: As per FEA ESP ContractThis position qualifies for town benefits, including Health Insurance **General Description:**The Franklin Public Schools, a Prek-12 district, is seeking an individual to work as an Educational Support Professional to provide behavior intervention at Washington Street K-5 Elementary School.Job Responsibilities:

• Provide positive behavior support interventions for students
• Work collaboratively with a team of general education and special education teachers and therapists
• Collect data Qualifications:
• Associates degree or higher or ParaPro Certification preferred
• Experience in a public school setting
• Experience working with children with disabilities
• Able to take initiative and work independently
