We are seeking qualified and experienced teachers to join our school in Kinira. Available positions include Primary School, Mathematics, Commerce & Financial Accounting, Economics, and Physics. Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the approved curriculum, teaching assigned subjects effectively to promote students' academic development.
• Assess students through tests, assignments, examinations, and continuous assessment, as well as monitoring their progress and providing academic support where necessary.
• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline, prepare students for WAEC, NECO, and other external examinations, and keep accurate academic records and reports.
• Active participation in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development, alongside close collaboration with colleagues and management to achieve the school's overall goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed., B.Sc., B.A., or equivalent) in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant subject area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Good knowledge of lesson planning and student assessment.
• Ability to prepare students for external examinations.
• Basic ICT and modern teaching skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, commitment, and passion for teaching.
• PGDE and TRCN certification are added advantages.
