What you'll bring

• Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
• Confidence leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators
• Strong understanding of programming, observations and children's individual learning goals
• Ability to build genuine relationships with children and families
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach to leadership
